Juan was born and raised on the beautiful Island of Puerto Rico where he started developing his career in event management. After 19 years, he relocated to bring his talents to Southwest Florida.
Juan has always had a deep passion for organizing and planning — and he believes that every event deserves to be both meticulous and stunning. With this philosophy in mind, Juan recently founded the already Award Winning Company, “JS Xx’tra Pair of Hands”.
Since starting his career, he has accumulated a variety of valuable connections with industry-leading experts and vendors. Juan will work tirelessly to guarantee perfection, as he enthusiastically creates magic at your special event.
Whether you need him to assist you the day of, lead your event, or to plan it all for you — he has you covered.

This service is for you if you want someone to handle all of the major pieces of the planning process. While you want to be a part of every decision, you’d prefer to leave the heaving lifting to us so you can enjoy your engagement.
This service is for you if you have some of your vendors hired and most of the big decisions made, but you’d like to hand everything over to someone else to manage moving forward so you can sit back, relax, and prepare to walk down the aisle.
Month of - Coordination
With “Month-Of” you get to enjoy being the bride while letting someone else worry about the many details leading to the big day, everything from vendor management, contracts review, floor layout & more.
Day of - Coordination
This service is for you if you want to handle the entire planning process yourself, but the thought of worrying about whether the linens arrived wrinkled, or the DJ is on time is not how you want to spend your wedding day. Worrying about the 1,000 details is for the us, so that you can enjoy the day to its entirety.

Full Service- Event Strategic Planning, Design & Coordination
With this service we define the vision of the event and identify the organization or individual’s goals and objectives. The process includes establishing the sequence in which those goals should be realized so that the event can reach its stated vision & design.
Event Day Management
With XXPOH as your event manager, we will be your day-of hands on the ground. Including vendor coordination & management, set up oversight, timeline development & execution. Event breakdown coordination & oversight.
Our Elite team of servers & bartenders are ready to give you and guests a five stars experience from beginning to end. Trained, professionals- with an impressive variety of Customer Service Background experience that will ensure everyone’s satisfaction at your next event.
About our Prices
Each event is completely different, some will be contracted by the hour while others will offer a ''package'' price. Whether we are your Event Planner, Event Coordinator, Event Staffing or Events Director- our goal is to offer Elite services that will be of high quality, five stars, very individualized focussed on guests and client satisfaction & unlike any other you will find.
A contract will always require a 25% (50% for weddings) retainer due upon agreement and balance will be due 30 days prior to the event.
